Land Rates
In pursuance of Sub-Rule 2(C) of Rule 04 of Jammu & Kashmir, Preparation and Revision of Market Value Guideline Rules 2011, the Market Value Guidelines of Urban Plots. Urban built-up Properties and Agricultural Land in District Ganderbal, is notified as per Annexures-Form-I (Market Value Guidelines of Urban Plots), Form II (Market Value Guidelines of Urban built-up Properties) and Form-III (Market Value Guidelines of Residential/Commercial Agricultural/Horticultural Land) in line with the approval accorded by the Divisional Valuation Board Kashmir from time to time.
